Jimenez Family Farm is a small scale family farm located in the Santa Ynez Valley. Utilizing “beyond organic” and sustainable farming practices, we provide fresh, healthy, and delicious food to the local communities. Our family is passionate about providing food that is produced with integrity, food that our customers can feel good about serving to their families. We are dedicated to preserving the small family farm and providing a wide array of locally produced foods.
The pie of the month for March is Rhubarb Custard Oatmeal Streusel. Rhubarb is just emerging this month as we use the tender stalks as the base for a custard pie topped with a brown sugar, and oatmeal streusel topping. This is a favorite pie at the farmers’ market and only available in March!
Our quiche of the month for March is Leek and Spring Onion Quiche. Made with the classic swiss cheese and gently sautéed leek and spring onions from the farm. A terrific seasonal quiche!
