Utilizing “beyond organic” and sustainable farming practices, we provide fresh, healthy, and delicious food to the local communities. Our family is passionate about providing food that is produced with integrity, food that our customers can feel good about serving to their families. The Pie of the Month for May is Blackberry Lemon Chess! Sweet, juicy blackberries are baked in a rich lemon chess filling for a delicate, sweet and tangy pie.
The Quiche of the Month is Spring Peas and Carrots.  Our fresh, sweet peas and sugar snap peas are gently sauteed with our diced Napoli carrots and spring onions. The veggie mix is layered with imported Swiss Cheese and our savory custard. Get your spring veggie fix with this light and delicious quiche!
